The Academy

Two halves of getting better: coaching on the field, knowledge off it

On-field coaching builds the game. The Academy builds the recruiting know-how around it — self-paced lessons for every MSA family, first three free.

Introduction

Getting recruited takes two things: a player who keeps getting better, and a family that knows how the process works. In-person coaching with the MSA staff handles the first — technical training, per session or by package, across the Mid-Atlantic. The Recruiting Academy handles the second: the library of everything your family wishes somebody had told you before you started. How the NCAA recruiting calendar actually works. What coaches look for in a highlight reel — and what disqualifies you instantly. When to send the first email and what to say in it. What to do at a visit. What a verbal commitment actually is and isn’t. How to read silence from a program. How to pick between offers. Every lesson is short, honest, and written by people who’ve been through it. Every MSA member gets full access. And the first three lessons are free — you don’t need to join to learn the basics.
