What it is
The Spotlight features one Main Stage athlete each month — their sport, their position, their journey, and what they’re working toward. Featured athletes get pushed across all MSA owned channels (Instagram, TikTok, newsletter, site) and shared with our college-coach network.
How an athlete gets featured
- Elite members are guaranteed one Spotlight feature per year.
- Performance members get priority editorial review.
- Foundation members are eligible by editorial selection.
- Recognition rewards character and work ethic, not just stats. The kid who shows up, puts in the work, and pushes themselves every session — that's who we're looking for.
